Highly Recommended. We had a VERY old magnolia tree that I had decided was time to come down because of it being too close to the house. Madison came out, looked at the job and recommended not taking the tree down. None of us wanted to cut down the tree, but we didn’t know what else to do. The suggestion was to prune the tree and remove the limbs that were a danger to the house and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. How many companies will try to talk you into spending less money?

I had three tree limbs fall (2 on my house) from the same large oak within a 4 week period. Every time I reached out to Madison she was at my home quickly, and the work was started within a day. The last time I had the tree completely removed. Each time Madison and her team came out they were great! They were professional, proficient, knowledgeable, considerate of my yard, and reliable. I truly cannot say enough good things about Pioneer Tree Service. They did a great job at a great price!! When a tree limb falls on your home, whether it’s 8 am or midnight, it is very stressful. Working with Madison and her team helped to ease the stress and made the whole experience less overwhelming. I will definitely use them again.

They did a phenomenal job. I would recommend Pioneer Tree Service to anyone. We had two extremely tall pine trees removed yesterday and when they were done you couldn’t see a trace of the trees or that an entire crew had been in the yard all day. Very skilled and very professional.

Under impossible circumstances, Madison walked me through a huge job that involved making decisions on several trees in my yard and taking two 85’ trees over the top of my home without much room for error on any side. She and her entire team were extremely professional, respectful and left my property better than they found it especially given the amount of equipment used on site. I am so grateful for Pioneer Tree Service and the work Madison Gantt is doing!

I had an emergency tree situation at my residence. Madison Gantt was at my home within an hour or so of my phone request and had an estimate to me that evening. The crew arrived early following morning. The split section and the entire tree was down, yard and driveway cleared and all debris removed by midday. Madison was so kind and courteous and professional. The crew did an excellent job. This was an outstanding service experience! Call on this company! Very appreciative of their prompt, honest approach.
