My husband and I had meetings with Kevin the owner, and Kendal the designer. They were easy to communicate with on all topics. The team of workers, especially Manny, was outstanding. They were polite, efficient, and very hardworking. We are very pleased with the results of their efforts and will finish up new plantings and new trees in the fall, when its cooler. Highly recommend Kevin’s Landscapes.

Kevin’s Landscapes created a great design for us and their workers did a fantastic job putting it in place. The whole project was started on time and completed in a timely manner. I’m an architectural design manager that likes to do my own renovations. When it came to my own house, I just didn’t have the manpower to complete our project in the timeframe that was needed, so I chose to entrust the curb appeal of my home to Kevin’s Landscapes. Their team had the work accomplished speedily after a very down-to-earth coordination and scoping meeting on site, was communicative of unexpected challenges they encountered so that I could make informed decisions, and followed my very particular design details for the finalized construction. All of this was accomplished within my budget, which we established from the outset, and no issues arose during close-out and payment. If only all the work I subcontracted out went this smooth!

Professional, courteous, and competent at every stage of the project. From the initial bid, to a walkthrough, handling my change orders, execution with my oversight (which they welcomed) to final cleanup (wow!), and billing. This is no fly-by-night outfit. They are serious about their work and making sure the customer is happy. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in the BCS area.
