Part of the HOA of my Damascus neighborhood and we’ve been using bright view for some years. Absolutely love how reliable they come in. Wish they’d come in more often, you can definitely tell the difference after they visit. The best thing about them we all love is they’ll do groundskeeping first, picking up any litter that rolls in from the street or from animals/wind that flips over recycle/trash bins. If they only did this regularly, it would be amazing, but they do more of course and they do it well. Grass, mulch, and each little garden in front of the homes are well taken care of. Keep it up! Please know you’re appreciated. Myself and our neighbors all thank the employees when we get a chance. The neighborhood kids will all say thank you as well. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood clean and well landscaped!

Consistent problems with service performance at my address. Every neighbor had steps and walkway shoveled except me. I am disabled and this situation is dangerous for me.

Crew showed up to remove a stump. They said some slates around the stump need to be removed. I said yes you can remove them. One guy said ‘you remove it and we will be back in about 30min-1h’. I asked if that was not part of their job i.e. removing stuff around the stump to do the job. I never got an answer. Next thing they got into their car and drove off saying “we gonna talk to our manager”. I found it extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. So I called the company (BrightView) and they said they will get back to me. They never did. Instead, the HOA like that sent them around got in touch with me and when I told them what happened they said the BrightView never mentioned to them that the crew actually even spoke to someone ne on-site. Not sure what lie they threw to the HOA. Another appointment has been made and I am still waiting making sure this time all slates are removed so they have no excuse to drive off again. Your crew need to learn to communicate and show some respect. Dr A. Gaye

They welcome all skin colors they pay weekly they provide uniforms and work with you if you have a problem very hard work but if you need employment and don’t mind long hours…give them a call Never worked here but I know a few staff members
