Highly recommend The Dry Carpet Cleaner! Our carpet was heavily soiled in high traffic areas and Dorian did an excellent job in bringing our area rug and carpeted areas back to life. There was no wet rug or scent at all. This young man is such a hard worker and even got down on his hands and knees to scrub a stubborn stain! Dorian was efficient, knew precisely what he was doing and took a moment to explain the process to us. He was professional and so very pleasant. We would call them again in a heartbeat!

I am so glad that I called The Dry Carpet Cleaner to clean my elderly mother’s family room carpet, which hadn’t been cleaned in years. My siblings believed me when I told them that I got mom a new carpet — the transformation was that amazing. We had forgotten the original color of the carpet. The service was very friendly and thorough. I would not hesitate to call or recommend them again. In addition, the process seemed to be very ecologically friendly.

I contacted Dorian recently to clean some high-traffic areas of my living room carpet. The areas were deeply soiled with dog urine, and it made walking in this area unpleasant. This is not to mention the smell which permeated through the air. Nothing I could do on a DIY level seemed to have helped, and I had finally reached my limit: I had to call in a professional. When I spoke with Dorian initially, he was skeptical that the carpets could be improved. Nonetheless, I thought that any improvement would be better that leaving them as they were. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the results. The carpet came out much, much better than either of us expected. After the carpet dried completely (which didn’t take long), I woke up the next day with no smell, which was something I hadn’t experienced in a while. The “living” quality of the room had very much improved. Dorian was extremely friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with. While this was not a large carpet cleaning job, I am appreciative of Dorian for taking care of me. I won’t hesitate to use his services again in the future, and would recommend him to friends and family.

I have had the pleasure of using Dorian for years. He works extremely hard to clean and then help us retain it. He helped us with an area rug that had some serious pet issues. It looked better, and smelled better, than brand new. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I am so grateful to him!!! Also, he is the nicest man you’ll ever meet. My mother-in-law used him, as well, and we can’t speak highly enough.
