This is an exceptional company and I highly recommend. Ashley-designer gave me exactly what I wanted and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Blair, Samantha and crew are excellent! On time, Very competent, Clean up daily with minimal inconvenience. I could not be happier with the work they did! I did not have a huge job, but was treated like I was their most important customer. This company is well run from top to bottom!

They do a good install job but we had to endure the condescending and rude attitude of the primary contact. They did not stand behind their one year guarantee.

Earthscapes, Inc. has been a wonderful company to work with. Their folks are professional, courteous, and responsive to questions or needs. We worked with their landscape designer to create just the kind of landscaping we wanted while keeping in mind what would most benefit the land and the birds and wildlife around us. She was very knowledgeable and we loved her attitude toward and focus on environmental stewardship. Landscaping design and installation went very smoothly. The crew was wonderful – very experienced and careful with everything they did so that it was just right. We cannot wait to see our beautiful trees, bushes, and perennials grow and flourish. Any time we have a question, we are able to contact the designer. She has taken very good care of us. We also are enjoying their lawn maintenance services this year. Our yard has never looked so good! The crew is courteous and dependable and takes care with what they do. Often times they will spot something extra that they can do to make the yard look even better and they just take care of it. The crew chief has been terrific. She is very accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns we might have, plus she takes the initiative to make sure that everything is being done to Earthscapes’ high standards and to our wishes. Working with Earthscapes has been altogether a great experience. I highly recommend them.

If could rate higher I would. I am the Director of Welcome Home of Chattanooga, we are creating a community of care and support for those with a serious illness who have nowhere to go for care. We believe that nature is very healing and one of our goals was to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our residents to enjoy. They have gone above and beyond to create this for us. Landscaper Samantha is very dedicated and incredibly hard working. We have enjoyed working with Krista Stein and her team this year and we are grateful they are part of our journey!

The Earthscapes team was very good, and they did what was proposed. The workers worked hard and were very competent and knowledgeable in their work. I also appreciate being informed what was going on during the project and doing what they said they were going to do. I do recommend them and would use them again.

Ashley at Earthscapes took time to help us create a landscape that was really appealing for our house. From the very beginning she took time to figure out exactly what we wanted and even made adjustments to our taste. Once our project was underway the guys were patient and helped me understand the process from start to finish. Specifically Fransisco was so kind, helpful and really knew what he was doing. I asked lots of questions, changed a few things and he was there to assist every time. We truly love our new yard and highly recommend Earthscapes!!

We contracted Earthscapes to repair a rock retaining wall that was damaged. They were communicative and easy to work with. The job was completed ahead of the estimated timeframe and looks great!

Simply the best. I have lived all over the country and worked with a variety of different services, and Jessie and Earthscapes are the best around. They are hardworking and honest and will get the job done exactly as you want it. I would trust them with ANY gardening or landscaping job you have. Absolute perfection. The best!

I have been using Earthscapes for all of my landscaping, yard work needs for over 12 years. The team is always professional, does top quality work and responds very timely to all of my requests. They even go above and beyond. Most recently, after storms and wind knocked over my Christmas decorations they called me and volunteered to get them reset and secured with better sod anchors. Special shout out to Jessie… she is awesome and takes personal pride in her work and the work of her team.
