a year agoAttention to detail is pretty specific and the work is done w honesty and w respect. The work atmosphere is at the the very least filled w positively. The fundamentals of this company should be a pillar of future companies that are up and coming that way there is a standard that others can model themselves too.

a year agoLoud and in the way. Car was damaged due to some of the “work” they’ve been doing around my apartment (dragging their feet in order to get more money). Will be filing a BBB complaint

6 years ago@5:15 pm 8/30 one of your drivers in the large vehicle with the white bobcat in the back crossed over a double yellow line on plaza and drive at least 50 feet completely on the wrong side of the road to make the light at the Harris teeter intersection. Not cool.

7 years agoBest customer service in the market. Cox Landscape has now been our vendor for the last three years, and we are always thrilled with the service. Mr. Cox visits our property regularly and checks in to ensure that the service is to our standard. In my years of property management, Cox Landscape is by far the BEST vendor in the Charlotte area.

8 years agoI had my (black) Mercedes in the parking lot of Wildwood Apartment. I watched the crew blow leaves and acorns on to my car and several other cars in the parking lot damaging my paint in several places. On my way to the rent office to voice my concern, I turned to take pictures of my car. While in the rent office speaking to the agent, 3 crew members ran to blow the acorns and leaves off my car (but I had already taken pictures). I spoke to the rent office about my concerns (again) and she spoke with the landscaping crew (again). After calling Cox Landscape Management and speaking with Carol who informed me ‘It’s winter and they are trying to get the leaves up.. At least they blew your car off’ she said… But my car is black with a billion tiny scratched do to them blowing of the acorns on and off it. She didn’t even apologize on behalf of the company. So, I call the police and shared my pictures of my damage. As the officer wrote the report he watched me removing the acorns from my grill. Cox Landscape Management, I will see you in court.
