UpperCut — Where do I begin? Renovate an area… YEP amazing. Redesign an area.. YEP amazing again. I have had Bradley and his team on so many projects. They are super hard working, do the request work and offer their ideas to save money or just make an area POP!! . My Landscape and Grass has never looked so good. I went from the worst lawn on the Street to arguability one of the best. .. Ohhhh and they cut Grass too.

We are very pleased with the team that built and helped us design our new patio and pergola. They also enclosed the underside of the deck and put in some much needed drainage. If you are in the market we highly recommend UpperCut Landscapes and F&F Landscaping and Home Services. They are local and based in the Manassas and Chantilly area. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We plan to have them do some power washing later this Spring as well.

We used UpperCut Landscapes this year over another lawncare business that we didn’t have a great experience/result with last year. We were hoping for a much better experience, and we sure got it with UpperCut Landscapes! Brad and his team showed up with all their equipment and worked efficiently to get the big job done in a timely manner. I had them thatch, aerate, overseed, and add compost top dressing to our front and backyard. Our front yard is large at 5500 square feet, and was a big job for them to thatch — so worth the money! Brad has been incredible at responding to our questions, which makes getting ahold of him very convenient. We have issues in our backyard with water standing and have a hard time growing grass back there, and Brad came out and provided me with his recommendations for what seed to put back there and helped grade the lawn to ensure there won’t be pools of water now. Honestly, the whole process from start to finish has been an awesome experience and I would recommend UpperCut to anyone who needs landscape/yard work done. The cost, time, professionalism, and overall satisfaction of using Brad and his team at UpperCut is a 5-Star rating for sure!

09/10 Edit: Updated 4 to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. After expressing concerns about the compost quality, Brad and his crew came back to the house, dethatch and clean up the entire lawn. I was out of town but Brad provided continuous communications, updates, pics and videos. This is top notch customer satisfaction guarantee! He will be back next week (due to rain on 9/11) to re aerate the lawn and top dressing with Orgro compost. WOW!!! If you’re looking for lawn and/or landscaping services, look no further, call Brad at UpperCut. You will be a happy customer just like me. Brad is great to work with, his pricing is one of the best in the area. This is my second year using UpperCut. Last year, dethatch and aeration; this year, aeration, over seed and compost topdress. My next door neighbor also used UpperCut for aeration as well. The reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the leaf compost. I found many larger than desirable debris on the lawn when I worked the compost in. I have used Orgro in my previous house and did not find any debris. Orgro is premium compost and also more expensive. To be fair, Brad did ask if I wanted Orgro which will be different pricing. I’m just not used to seeing mulch-like leaf compost. Overall I’m happy with UpperCut. Also had a great conversation with Brad at the end.

I found UpperCut through our neighborhood Facebook page. Bradley responded right away to my email and was able to get a crew out here the same day. The quality of work and cleanup was excellent and the price was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend!
