I reached out to see if I could schedule an estimate regarding some erosion issues in my backyard. Our original scheduled appointment was a no-call no-show; however, because it rained all day I understood that they wouldn’t be able to come out (though someone reaching out to reschedule would have been appreciated). I reached back out to reschedule and the morning of our appointment a young man showed up at my door to cut my grass. This was not what I had requested nor was it was not the time that we had scheduled. I explained this to the young man, who was very nice, and he left saying that he would clear everything up. No one showed up for our scheduled appointment and I won’t be calling back.
