The owner Stephanie is a horrible deceitful lying individual do not have her clean your house My daughter was one of the best workers and because my daughter quit because of the way Stephanie treats her and how she handles her pay she is going around lying to all the clients and spreading personal health information to everyone. She is slandering my daughter because she chose not to work for her anymore. You have to fix what’s bad on the inside not all outside looks.

After our office plumbing failed and our company restrooms were a mess, I was able to reach out to Stephanie’s cleaning to help. They came out same day! The bathrooms have never smelt so fresh and clean before. I highly recommend Stephanie’s cleaning to anyone who wants the best cleaning job.

Stephanie and Tammy performed a miracle of a transformation after I had vacated my apartment. I was ashamed at how much dirt I uncovered as we prepared to move and there simply was no time or energy left to refresh it myself. I could not believe the sparkle and shine they were able to achieve. So thorough and so professional and exceeded any expectation. It tempted me to want to move back in : ) Our leasing office was prepared to charge me to the extent of my deposit as they were prone to do, and Stephanie’s knowledge of renter’s law earned me a full refund. Thank you Tammy ! Thank you Stephanie !!

This was the worst service I ever used. The owner is very rude and Ashley the house keeper who came to clean my house was a big liar . First she came one hour with an unacceptable excuse. She was not doing her job the way it should be. She didn’t do the bare minimum, she left leaving behind dirty showers, tubs and toilets. The kitchen floor was very dirty and the desks in my children’s room were full of dust. How do they have the audacity to call them selves housekeeping when nothing was clean? I asked her one time to clean it back again, she never responded. She left leaving behind a dirty house. I called Stephanie the owner of the business to tell her about everything, she started to scream on the phone in a rude unprofessional way. She told me that I was harassing her house keeper because I asked her more than one time to redo the areas that was dirty. Which was a big lie because I asked her once and she never listened. This House Keeping company is a rip off, do your self a favor and find someone better. They will waste your money and time. I do NOT recommend her to anyone! This was the worst housekeeping service I ever experienced. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Thank you so Much Jarina and Stephanie!! Stephanie’s Housekeeping Services was a real lifesaver, originally I scheduled two bathrooms deep cleaned, at the last minute I had reached my limit with trying to get the house ready and I sent Stephanie a message asking if she could add general house cleaning to it and she came through. She sent Jerina over this morning and the girl is a wonder at cleaning. My Bathrooms are so sparkly clean and so is the rest of the house. They both really saved my bacon and took a HUGE amount of stress off me today and I can’t thank them enough!! I would recommend them to anyone and already have 🙂 Budget allowing I will hire them again to clean the house when we move out for the new owners!! Also after all the calling around I did, their prices couldn’t be beaten!! Thank you again, Ladies!!!!

I had a very challenging cleaning job with the property I was preparing to rent. Honestly it was positively disgusting. By the time Stephanie’s team finished, the whole place sparkled. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone for a project of any size. Very diligent, thorough and well priced.
