Poor management. They’re happy to come when there is almost no snow and rip you off by billing you weeks later. Whoever answers the phone is very rude!

Impossible to get ahold of. I’ve been trying to have an initial conversation with them for 3 weeks but they simply won’t call me back. I talked with employees Dottie and Jim multiple times, and they put my info on the desk of someone named Joe Arena. Unclear why Joe won’t contact me. Maybe they have enough business and don’t want new customers? I couldn’t say. I’m going to assume this behavior reflects on what it would be like to work with them and move on.

i got aggressively tailgated and gestured at by on of these trucks in my small town!!! i was going well over the speed limit already so they should just learn common courtesy for small town driving. i was actually scared for my life being a woman on the road where a company truck is almost about to rear end me every two seconds when i’m just trying to drive home.

Sadly I had to take down a small tree in my garden. Shortly after a call a gentleman came as promised to assess the situation and give me a very reasonable price for the work. A few days later there were the men and trucks to take the tree down. Left the area looking neat, no damage to the surrounding plants

Like others, I too have been sworn at and cut off repeatedly by reckless Cambridge Landscape drivers for no discernible reason. They’ll need a serious overhaul before I ever consider purchasing their landscaping services.

Driver’s are reckless. Looks like this is a common issue. Dashcam video of my run in with whoever drives truck 61 is posted for all to see on tiktok as well as sent to the company (Completely unprovoked cut off and brake check that almost ended up in an accident). If their drivers are any indication of their work I would assume it’s poor at best. I’d hope some sort of reprimand would be taken with the driver, but who knows. Scumbag for sure though.
