As a Community Association Manager with a robust portfolio of various sizes in number of homes, the selected Landscape Vendor and their performance sets the pace as the first line of services, and essentially your emissary to the community. Consistently, and with 5 Stars, ALG has made strides and positively impacted several communities through outstanding service. In particular, Hank Shumate is the rep for one of the largest communities we serve, where the developer/declarant requested individual lot maintenance for mowing, edging, weeding, and pine straw as part of assessments for more than 400 single family homes, and townhome lots . Starting with newly installed sod, daily interaction with new homeowners, a pool under construction, road work, construction debris, even a surprise raised garden with more than 16 beds, now burgeoning with fresh vegetables and herbs, ALG exceeded all expectations though Hank Shumate, always two steps ahead. Now each arm of the process functions together as a family. Without ALG, things could have gone in an entirely different direction. Any client looking for commitment and dedication to service with an unrivaled bank of knowledge and experience in all facets of landscape will find that and more with Atlanta Landscape Group.
