They were always responsive to my questions and my requests. Showed up when they said they would and have advanced notice. My lawn is looking much better!

We switched from True Green to Spring Green this last season because we wanted to go with someone local. The price was way better and service was as well. We received text messages a day or two in advance of every application and each staff member who came to our house took their time, was courteous and always showed up at the time we were told. Our yard looked better this year than it has in years. We are glad we made the switch and would recommend Spring-Green to anyone looking for lawn care.

I have found the company willing to communicate with me over a concern I had. Their techs are courteous and helpful. I showed the tech a weed I was struggling with getting rid of and he gave me insight on how to deal with it. Also the yard is looking better each time

This is my 2nd year using them and the last.I filled out their contact us section about weed problems I have and was assured the next time they come out they will treat the weeds extra hard.They came out alright and in about 10 minutes they rode on their little cart and spread granular fertilizer were gone.I watched them on cameras and the neighbor watched them,absolutely no weed spraying was done and I have contacted them twice on their web sight with no response.What is the sense of hiring a lawn service when you have to go out and spray your own weeds

They do not stand by their work. After I complained that the weeds were out of control after three months of ineffective treatments, and having a technician agree that “they’re pretty bad,” I could not even get anyone to come out and discuss a solution. And yet, here’s the meaningless guarantee they post on their website: “…your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the results of a Spring-Green application, let us know right away. We’ll make it right, or we’ll refund the entire cost of that application.” My advice is “look elsewhere.”
