Not satisfied with how tile came out. Tech didnt tell us he was going to work around furniture so we have uneven spots now. I would have been happy to move furniture around. Note my furniture is sparse so it would have been easy to shift. Tile actually looks discolored now. Cleaning just pushed all the dirt to the base boards so now I have dirty caked edges. I was told it included sealer but he didn’t seal. Grout looks better in most places but now it looks dirtier in the corners and edges. Overall not very happy with this at all considering what I paid. On another note tech was nice and on time. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend this company. Hard to find honest people to do honest work nowadays. If anyone can recommend someone for future tile cleaning feel free to reply w recommendation. Looks like I’m going to need to spend the money at again. Their website is now down.

Beware full disclosure of cost is not given until the technician comes to your home. If you decide to cancel there is a $50 cancellation fee. The technicians were on time and professional, but Juliana in Customer Service is horrendous. After I attempted to speak to her regarding my dissatisfaction she hung up on me twice. Her behavior was extremely poor and she is a terrible representation of this company. Honesty and Respect is required for me to patronize any business and Precision Carpet failed miserably!

Moved into a new house and needed the carpets cleaned. Got some recommendations for Precision so we tried them and we did not regret it. Zack arrived on time, was professional, competent, and done in less time than we expected. The carpets looked great! There’s also a lot of tile floors in the house, and Zack mentioned we might want to consider cleaning them, too. At first I thought he was just up selling us, but he did point out the difference in the color of the grout where the previous owners had an area rug laid down, so we decided to go ahead with it. Zack returned a few days later, again on time, and again did a great job. The difference after cleaning was like night and day. It was no upsell, the tile and grout needed to be cleaned. Great company, great work, great service. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a local carpet cleaning company to clean my RV carpet and couch. I wasn’t expecting much of a response because it was a small job (35’ RV). I got an quick response from Doug at Precision Carpet. We worked out a time that fit my schedule. Doug was great!! He was professional and friendly. I had the carpet cleaned earlier this year, but they did a poor job. But Doug was able to get the dirty spots the first guys missed. I felt he really took pride in his work no matter how small my job was. Highly recommend his company!!

I had a great experience with Precision Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Communication was fantastic after I made my appointment, and they arrived on time. My shower needed some serious attention and now it looks brand new. While there, I asked if they had time to clean my area rugs and they were happy to do it I am so glad that I called Precision! Professional and great work!!

Very happy with these guys. Doug gave me a quote in the late afternoon and had my carpets looking good as new less than 24 hours later. Very competitive pricing, arrived on time, and had everything spotless without any hassle. I’ll be calling Precision again when the time comes for sure.
