We’ve used UL for our lawn care for several years. We’ve been pleased with services they’ve provided. Very good answering any questions we’ve had. Being a fence contractor, I’m very particular about who I work with. Urban Landworks has top tier designers, builders and owners. Their work is outstanding and you can always count on them in every way. When my customers ask me for anything landscaping related I send them to Mike because I know him and the rest of Urban Landworks will knock it out of the park every single time.

I can express how happy we are with Urban Landworks. We are a Bloomington, Minnesota family and we had heard incredible things about UL. They did not disappoint. We had bids from other companies. Those companies, either did not return phone calls or did not send us plans in a timely manner, following their bids. Urban Landworks was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We had them do a large project for us that included landscaping, a paver patio, and an outdoor fireplace. The entire process was spectacular. Matt did an incredible job with the design and construction of our project. He listened to us and helped us to make design, stone, and landscaping choices. He came to our home several times to discuss options and ensure that we were getting what we wanted. He also provided guidance about the different plant/tree species, plant zones, to ensure that our landscaping would continue to look good. He was upfront about the timeline and set clear expectations. When the supplier made an error with the stone, he was apologetic, upfront and worked to remedy that situation quickly. He laid sod for us during a summer of unprecedented drought. When a section did not do well, he replaced it immediately and helped us to figure out best ways to help it thrive. The project timeline was incredibly fast (2 weeks start to finish). When the supplies of our choices (trees/plants) were low at local nurseries, he went the extra mile to find a supplier that had them in stock and also ensured that they were of the highest quality. When we made a last minute choice to move our A/C unit, he helped us locate a local HVAC/electric company and had it moved within 48 hours. This was an absolute godsend as other HVAC companies quoted us weeks to come for a bid. His crew (Will, Brogan, and Chris) were incredible! They were efficient, worked hard, incredibly kind, and cleaned up each day. They also delivered a beautiful project and are incredible craftsman. They laid a herringbone pattern and the detail is impeccable. They were communicative, and also ensured that they project was to our liking. We were so impressed by their work. I can not express enough how satisfied and impressed we are with our project, Matt Jensen, Mike Bollinger, Urban Landworks and the entire crew.

If you are looking to add lighting to your landscaping then look no further than Urban Landworks. After searching, and serching, and searching the internet, and being given outrageous minimum quote requirements by other companies, or… getting a quote from other companies only to see that they had added additional lighting, landscaping and of course cost to the quote, that was not even discussed when they came to see the property… I was about to give up in frustration. Then we found Urban Landworks. Looking at their site I was a little intimidated after what we had already gone through, they looked like they did big expensive projects, but I gave them a call anyways hoping for the best, and spoke to Mike. WOW! What a down to earth guy! I told him what we were looking for, and he actually came out that morning, walked the property with me, and said he would send me a quote. We had ballparked prices when walking the property and the quote that he sent matched the ball park right on the nose!, no upsell at all. No ego, no B.S…. it could not have been more simple. Our job was not a big one, just some simple lighting in our landscaping and on the front of our house. The crew came out to do the install, and Mike showed up as well, and all of them could not have been nicer or more reasuring about what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, from start to finish. Yes, these guys do huge projects on huge homes, but… they also treat the little projects like ours, just like they were a big one. Other companies treated us like dirt because the size of our project was not big enough, Urban Landworks treat us with respect! Could not be happier with the lighting and the service provided by these guys, and will be coming back to them again for more projects down the road!

No communication regarding an error on their part. We’ve called 5 times with no response. Poor work, poor service, not professional.
