We chose Doering Landscaping for a rip and replace back patio project. From planning and designing all the way through to the finishing touches, the Doering team far exceeded our expectations. Dan, Mike, and the entire Doering crew were informative, reliable, and professional from start to finish. Honest, hardworking group of people. Could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Not what you think. They may be good for mowing and small stuff but be careful of larger projects. I had them grade my backyard two years ago. I paid extra for a layer of topsoil. I couldn’t figure out after a month why the ground was so hard. I never watched them lay the top soil or grade. When they were done, they covered it in straw so just assumed they did what I paid for. Just had a company come in two bury a low voltage wire. They couldn’t believe that this was a new lawn. They showed me all the rocks that were buried, landscape stones (which I never had in my lawn), a brick and a beer can. They said my lawn was so hard because there was clay mixed in with the top soil. So it turns out, I paid for something and never received what I paid for. All they did was take dirt from one job site and dump it in my lawn for their top soil. Seems like a scam to me. They probably charged a disposal fee for the dirt they removed and then just charged me saying it was top soil.

Doering completely reconstructed a front bed in my home in Barrington. Susie met with me and created a design for us to agree on. She kept me informed of the timing of the start of the project. The 3-day project began and ended exactly when promised. The crew was polite and meticulous. After several weeks of constant watering, the landscape looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Doering.

Dan, Vincente and the entire Doering crew exceeded my expectations and then some. The landscaping work they did was impeccable, professional and beautiful. The trees they brought are gorgeous, and I’m thrilled with the work. It made the house remodel, and I couldn’t recommend enough!!

I have called for 5 weeks straight and was told I was scheduled for spring clean up and mulching by Karen. I called again today and was told they got their annual flower delivery that they will be planting for the next 3 weeks and that they cannot take on anymore customers. Terrible communication.

The Midwest winter weather had taken a toll on the front sidewalk area of my Barrington business. The Doering Landscape folks completed the job in a timely manner at a fair price. They really made it look nice! I would highly recommend Doering Landscape for all residential and commercial work.
