I worked here for about four years had no issues until my third and fourth year. Issues are people getting wrote for taking about pay fired for false allegations. A colleague almost got wrote up for wanting to use the rest room almost went in there pants. Constant rumors towards others,poor attitudes. They over work flex/salary employees. They underwork hourly employees. They cut corners to save money and job hours. You ask for extra hours because your hurting for money they tell you it’s not there problem. They also don’t pay you on your way back to the facility.

I’ve never had so much animosity towards somebody who is supposed to be doing me a favor, cutting my law. ENVIROSCAPES is Literally the WORST lawn care company money can buy. Big Corp. literally a bunch of underpaid careless idiots who drive around barely trained to operate equipment leaving deep ruts, dirt patches and chop up everything in sight with their mowers. Not to mention blowing grass and dirt and leaves all over cars and our screen door so that we have to clean it weekly. No pride for the job they’re completing. Save your money and hire a smaller private company who shows pride in their job. It’s a win win. Support a small company, and you also won’t lose 100s of hard earned dollars worth of lawn decorations, dog toys, fixing the carnage they leave behind etc. I don’t know if the guy sitting in his truck is supposed to be managing, said idiots. But it appears they are failing. Anybody I come in contact with will hear about how ENVIROSCAPES puts out garbage, in terms of the quality of their work. (This criticism comes from working in law care for 6 years)
