Carlos and his crew did an excellent job clearing and hauling away a couple really big dirt mulch piles in our backyard. They came out one day after calling them and spent the whole day getting the job done. Very reasonably priced and overall great customer service, I highly recommend them!

The crew arrived later than the time committed but it was not an issue because I did not need to be involved. The areas for improvement are blowing the grass clippings from my front door entryway and trimming the lantana over growth off the hard and graveled surfaces.

Unhappy with the communication of 50K Professional Lawn Services. Mowing and edging service was started at the beginning of June. It took 2 weeks to get a crew out to mow and edge my lawn. This is a long time, but understandable in the peak of summer. I was given a price for the service (around $50), as well as a time to be home for the crew to arrive (11:30am). Unfortunately, the crew arrived 5 and a half hours late (5:00pm). 50K Professional Lawn Services did not answer any of the phone calls my wife and I made trying to figure out when the crew would arrive either. Once the crew did arrive, they told me the service would cost an additional $100 because the yard was “overgrown”. The grass was a bit long, but nothing out of the ordinary. Given that the crew took two weeks to come out, you’d think this was to be expected. The crew themselves were polite and told me I could refuse service, which I did – I am not willing to pay 3x the price of what I was originally told. The whole ordeal felt like a bait and switch, with poor professionalism and punctuality. I mowed and edged the lawn (front and back) myself in under 40 minutes, but the whole reason I wanted the service was to save time. This was a waste of time. I recommend searching elsewhere for lawn care and associated services.

Not impressed. I’ve had my lawn serviced bi-weekly by 50k for the past few months, the quality was never outstanding but the price point offered made the average work more attractive. That was until they had someone cut my lawn on Saturday (4/8/23), then sent someone to service the lawn again on Tuesday (4/11/23). As stated above, I signed up with bi-weekly visits, so you can understand my confusion when 50k began mowing after being here only 3 days prior. I was billed for both visits. I called 50k to see what was going on, apparently my account was changed to weekly lawn service instead of bi-weekly without my knowledge (which wouldn’t really make sense either way if they sent someone 3 days apart). I was obviously shocked and cancelled all services. As stated above, the work is decent which can mesh well with the lower price point, but one thing I have no patience for is shady business dealings.

This is an EXCELLENT company to work with. They are always on time and always listen to any concerns you have about your lawn. They are very customer service oriented and always in communication with the customer…definitely not your average mowing service. The lawn maintenance is FABULOUS! Highly recommend this company!

Completed unprofessional and unresponsive after you made payment. I hired 50k professional for implanting new plants in my yard. I paid in full right after they installed the plants. However, some plants died 2 days after implantation, i immediately called the office and they agreed to replace the plants and schedule a time. However, no show for consecutively multiple times. And still no idea when they will come. I contact them, just reply short handed, they have other projects. same reason for multiple times. I need to list my house for sale, but they won’s consider your urgency. and ignore your request once you paid.

Soo pleased with 50K!! Decided this year to hire out mulch delivery and installation. We’ve done it ourselves for years – but was crunched for time this year. I ordered 6 Cu yards for our beds online on Sat with the free 7 day installation timeframe, and they were able to install on Monday (but I got lucky bc the weather had cancelled other jobs for them)! We paid about $350 more than what we paid in the past for just the mulch alone. My hubby and I agree that $350 was TOTALLY worth avoiding the hassle of multiple trips to Home Depot, dirtying our car, the labor and hours of install. AND – Carlo and his friend did WAY better than we would have! They were on their hands and knees spreading and patting the mulch down evenly. They left our plants, sprinklers, and rocks uncovered, and they blew away all debris and took the trash with them! We are officially done doing our own mulch! 😄 (AND – as I go to take photos, we did the black mulch and it looks great – from the big box stores we get some bags with white mold in them, but I don’t see any of this now)

In the past, we have opted to clean and remove the leaves from our yard ourselves. After taking more than 12 hours, over 2 days, and 17 bags of mulch to get everything removed last year, we decided to get professional help this year! We chose 50K Professional Lawn Services to take care of our leaf service this year, and couldn’t have been happier. Two guys showed up, got it done quickly, asked even about removal of sticks and other debris in the yard, and cleaned it all up in one swoop. They were incredibly efficient, and our yard looks amazing. I also can’t even begin to speak on the amount of time I got back to accomplish other tasks, rather than spend it with my tiny leaf vacuum. One thing I wish I had known was the time that gets scheduled through the online portal is just the start of your “arrival window”, not the time to expect your lawn professional. When (what I believed to be) my service time had come and passed, I called to see where my technician was. The woman on the other end was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained the system doesn’t show it as a window, but rather a set time. She was super helpful and made me feel at ease. All in all, will definitely be using them again for our leaf removal, and likely adding in some lawn services as well.

We contacted this company beginning of December and they were able to get someone out right away to give us a quote and begin working on our yard within a 1-2 weeks. Everyone was professional and courteous and we would definitely do business again. We are very please with the sod installation and tree trimming service provided.
