Let me start by saying that we have had the same carpet in our house since 1982. We have used Mark and his services many times and are consistently pleased with how our carpets turn out after his cleaning. We had used other, more expensive carpet cleaning services in the past, and they were not as thorough. Mark is friendly and asks what is going on with your carpets before starting. We love his prepaid program as well, which helps us budget. Mark can usually come out within a few days. We will always utilize his services

I did not get the name of the gentleman who dry cleaned the carpet and rug in my home today, but I am impressed. It did not take long and my carpet was dry within 2 hours just like he estimated. The carpet is clean and fresh. He also carried himself very professionally, and respectfully. I should have done a before and after photo of the living room rug, but unfortunately I only have the after picture. He did mention to vacuum the rug once it drys so that it will fluff ❤️ I am so happy with the results 🤗 Thank you Marks Carpet Cleaning 💥

I hired Mark’s carpet cleaning to do my living room, dining room and master bedroom. Mark quoted me a reasonable price and showed up on time. I was very impressed with the job he did and my carpets came out clean, even with some real problem areas. I would highly recommend Mark’s carpet. Thanks mark!

These guys are the best in North County. I wouldn’t use anyone else EVER. They are always on time, do the job good, and are very affordable. They always have deals and there are never any hidden fees. I’ve been using them for the past 20 years. I recommend them to everyone. They are just awesome 🤙👍 Keep up the good work Mark.

We hired them to “dry” clean my mom’s carpets. The “dry” part is misleading, they do use liquid and it stays wet for a couple of days. I had the feeling they would rather be elsewhere, in and out in less than an hour. Would not hire again.
