I had my carpet and furniture cleaned by BnK Chem-Dry last week. I was able to get an appointment on the day after I called due to a cancellation. Based on my descriptions, I received an estimate over the phone and a final estimate when the technician arrived. The entire project took an hour and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything is clean and fresh. There was a slight citrus odor for about two hours after the technician left, then, it was completely gone. I am very impressed with the work that was done, the professionalism of the technician and my nice clean and fresh living room. This was the very best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry.

Chris called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He explained and priced every step for each item before he started the cleaning. Chris explain the timeline for each couch and rug to be done and the drying after process. He worked around our needs and kept the home clear for daily activities. Very happy with the final results. Highly recommend Chris!

BnK ChemDry did a great job for me. They kept in touch around the arrival time and the guy worked really hard to get my white couch and white linen dining chairs very clean. Everything looks great and dried well overnight. I will use them again in the future.
