I had a property that needed to go on MLS asap. The quote was $165 for a two bedroom 900 square ft. condo. They showed up and said the condo is oversized with a large living room and hall way. There is no hallway. Oversized? 900 square ft 2 bedroom. How can that get any smaller. I was than charged 279.00. Totally rip off and scam. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes. There was dirt all over the tile floor and kitchen. Total rip off and bait and switch.

Great service. The carpets look like new! They have a machine that doesn’t use the huge hoses, so they can clean in high-rise buildings. David was punctual and attentive to details.

We got Matthew who cleaned 2 couches, a chair and 2 rugs. Excellent work, very knowledgable on materials and care and very dedicated to customer service. Outstanding work and highly reccommended. You can book online and invoicing is super easy.

GREAT service, very reasonably priced, friendly, knowledgeable technician. We had Justin up to clean our area rugs and sofas and he was fantastic. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I just had my carpets cleaned and George did a fantastic job. He was so professional and honest. There is no need for me to look elsewhere…from here on out I will be using Monster Steamer Inc. and I will specifically be asking for George!!! As far as I my concerned George needs a promotion and raise for the outstanding job he did!!!

Had an appointment scheduled between 11 and 1 and its 2.16 pm and still not here, we moved the second floor to the first floor just to be let down, AWESOME!!!!!!! we even called after 1 pm and they said I would get a call back, NEVER DID, I called again at 2 and was told the same thing. DONE I called another carpet cleaning service KNOCKOUT CARPET CLEANING and the guy was very helpful and hooked us up with coming tomorrow Monday just because we had already moved everything. THANK YOU.

Chris, the technician, called me prior to my appointment to let me know what time he would arrive. He did a great job on the three areas I needed cleaned. I would definitely use Monster Steamer again.
