I was given Bertha Carrillo as my house keeper at the beginning of January. She cleaned my house the first time great. The second time I came home from work early and walked in my home and there was a young girl I hadn’t seen the first time cleaning in my bedroom. I didn’t think much of it at the time other than she was a bit awkward and seemed nervous when I said hi to her. A week later I went to get these diamond earrings I have in my closet and they were GONE!!! My mind immediately went back to this young girl, because I live alone and no one had been to my house in over a month. I immediately contacted Home Maid and they informed me that the young girl is Bertha’s niece, that “she was not supposed to be there and Bertha has been talked to about being her before”. I asked Home Maid why she was there at all and not employed by them and their response was “she’s ineligible for employment at this time”…. long story short I opened an investigation with Oceanside PD and they believe the niece is undocumented and illegal. The fact Home Maid is STILL referring Bertha to people BLOWS MY MIND!!! I’ve been in contact with the Department of Homeland Security and the Better Business Bureau. I’ve given Home Maid and Bertha a week to get me my diamond earrings back or the money for the cost of them and they refuse to. HOme Maid continues to hang up on me when I’ve given them chances to settle with me. They also claim they have “no insurance” which is a complete fabrication because it is STATE LAW for every business in California to carry some kind of liability. I am in the process of taking them to small claims. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!

Homemade housekeeping is reliable and has been a client if mine for many years. I’ve had a few housekeepers that were less than professional and homemade housekeeping was a God send. When you find the best, you want to share it with everyone.

I hired Home Maid Housekeeping agency when my grandmother was no longer able to clean her house. They were kind and professional. Very pleased with the service!

Susan is the lady who cleans our house. She is fantastic. She always is respectful of our wishes. She always leaves us a nice note afterwards. I highly recommend this service. We have been with this agency for over 10 years and we wouldn’t even consider another agency to clean our home. I would ask for Susan. She is the best!!!

I’m so glad I found this house cleaning agency! I have tried a few different ones and have never been satisfied. Jen is very flexible with working around my schedule, and is the most efficient and detailed house cleaner I have ever met. I have had a few different girls from her agency and all of them surpassed my expectations.

I started using a maid service about 5 years ago to clean up after my roomates. I tried a few different services but I either had issues with the cleaners schedule or never felt the cleanliness of my house matched the price. I contacted Home Maid Housekeeping about 3 years ago and they sent me Myra. Myra does a wonderful job and I always know when she has cleaned my house because I come home and everything smells so nice. Somehow she is able to make the stove and sink in my house look almost brand new (the appliances are pretty old), not sure how she does it because I have tried. She also adds little touches to the cleaning service like folding the toilet paper and paper towel roll ends in a triangle shape like they do in hotels. On the few occasions she had to miss an appointment (she rarely misses appointments) I would get a call from Home Maid Housekeeping who will either arrange another time for Myra to come clean the house or send someone else. Of course I always choose to have Myra reschedule because she does such a great job.Keep up the great work Home Maid Housekeeping and thank you for all the wonderful years of service!

We have been utilizing the services of Home Maid Housekeeping for over 3 years! Jennifer, the owner, is professional and her entire team is top notch. Susan has become like family! She is on time, friendly and does an outstanding job every single visit! Our family is very thankful for the Home Maid Housekeeping team, having our home cleaned by professionals allows us to spend quality time as a family and enjoy a beautiful. clean home! Oh my goodness Home Maid Housekeeping Agency is the best! I used them recently for my elderly mom’s home. Not only did they do a fabulous job, they also were so patient, kind and caring with her. Jennifer, the Owner was so professional and understanding when it came to my needs and concerns. She did not disappoint… I will be scheduling with her again for sure! Thank you Jennifer and your Team… my Mom and I both are VERY happy!

I was a little nervous using a housecleaning service. I do not open my home to many and I am very particular on how I want things done. I decided to give Home Maid Housekeeping a try. I spoke to Jennifer, the owner of Home Maid Housekeeping. She was very professional and kind. My first cleaning was yesterday and I am VERY happy with the service I received. The staff was very professional and on time. My house is clean and up to my standards. I have been missing out on a cleaning service this whole time! I now can enjoy my few hours at the gym rather than cleaning. Thank you Home Maid Housekeeping!! See you next month!
