Jimmys crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning all our carpets. Their pricing was fair and they were careful not to damage walls or our flooring with their equipment. We’ve used them twice now and will again.

I was slow to hire any company, as I had contacted many and they all related they could do a great job, but you just don’t know until you know. After combing the field I settled on this company because the rep had a ring of sincerity in his voice. We care for many properties, and our long time great floor cleaning company fellow has retired, so we are so happy we found Silver Olas and we hope they are in business for a long time, so we don’t have to search the field again anytime soon.

Jimmy and his crew did. A great job of cleaning the carpets in my master bedroom and closet as well as cleaning tile floors throughout the house. I had another company clean the carpets earlier this year and Silver Olas is so much better and more thorough. I’ve used them before and they will be the only one I will use in the future.

The two-man crew arrived promptly and did a terrific job of getting all of our carpets and rugs cleaned, all the while mindful of and accommodating our two skittish cats. My family relocated from the Bay Area right before Covid. Jimmy and his wife cleaned our travertine and grout, it was so beautiful. I’ve had my carpets cleaned every year by his team. They are always on time, friendly and protective of your space. This year I had our outdoor cushions cleaned along with our indoor sectional. Best money ever spent!

We recently bought a house with a filthy tile floor including wax on the tile and grout (which shouldnt have been there. Jimmy and his team were able to come out and give us a 95% Improvement which was better than what I expected. Highly recommend

Their 2 person team cleaned our 10’ sectional couch and ottoman today. It literally looks brand new! We didn’t realize how dirty it really was, it’s 5 years old but again, it looks like we just bought it! They were friendly, efficient and we couldn’t be happier. Very satisfied with the job. Busy household, with 2 young children, 2 large dogs carpets and couch in need of a good cleaning. All looks beautiful. Quick service, very polite employees. Recommend them.
