Refused to come out and do a recall until they received last services payment even though it was sent and they have always received payment and I have never had a late fee. They acknowledge it takes the post office 2 weeks for there mail to arrive but still refused recall. Worst customer service.

I decided to try this company last year. I paid for a year in advance starting in Feb. or March of 2023. I did not like their service so I was not going to renew. I notified them on Jan. 4, 2024 that I would not be using their service when my year was up. I was told they treated my yard on the 3rd and owed for that since the year started on Jan. 1 not from when I paid. I don’t know if they sprayed or not. I informed them I agreed for a year and paid in advance for a year which I thought would be March to March. The person said the industry standard was till the end of Dec. & they renewed me automatically. I had hired another co. for 2024. Just because you say something does not make it so. They acknowledge no contract to treat the yard was signed for 2024 or any previous year but that was their policy. Using their business model you just spray and bill and customer has to pay whether they requested it or not.

Great lawn treatment, but office management is flawed. We have used Beauty Lawn for multiple years, always pre-paying early in the year for the 7% discount. We missed the deadline for the early discount by 6 days. Chris in the office said he couldn’t talk to the owner about making an exception until this past Monday. This is 3 days later and I hadn’t heard from him, so I called. This time the owner is on vacation so he cannot give me an answer until 11 days from now. I paid for the 1 treatment they’ve already done and told him don’t bother the owner, I’ll go elsewhere. Bummer. I’m going to try Herbi-Systems. They said I get a 10% discount there for pre-paying. Not such a bummer after all!

The worst customer serviceI have ever had. I received a bill for $47.00 and called and talked to the rudest girl telling her I pay annually and would like to pay the annual fee. She said i had to pay the $47.00 for February because the annual fees end the first of every year and are continued unless you cancel. I paid the annual fee in April of 2023 and was wanting to pay it today but she would not do it unless I paid the $47.00. I sent the money in and will never do business with a company that has an employee that does not listen to a customer.

Terrible customer service pertaining to administrative business. Incorrect information provided for linking multiple accounts for payment, which made an unpleasant experience to pay for services at the second property. Customer service should involve helping customers instead of defending inaccurate information and unknowledgeable staff.

Asked them to come evaluate lawn prior to service; was told they “knew” my subdivision therefore didn’t need to look. Gave me references that visually looked like I wanted to achieve. Was told give me a year and your lawn will look similar. …lawn is no better might even actually be worse in some ways; surely the worst looking lawn on the entire street! No different than Tru-Green or alike. Cancelled renewal because of relocation and haven’t heard from them for two months to confirm….waiting for them to auto bill me for another year and having to deal with that. 🙁
