Not sure which is a bigger problem. Their incompetence or lack of response. Both are issues and I think they’re tied. We were forced to use them in Kimblewick. If you have a choice, don’t use them!

The jury is still out on Limon for me. One of the owners sold me a wifi module so I could connect through my phone but the module doesn’t work. When I call the office there is only a message “this mailbox is full”. I think they will make this right but I’d be more comfortable if they’d have a way for me to reach somebody.

I just had sod added to my new home. Paco came around to check the irrigation system and found a couple of pipes were burst–not from anything he or his workers had done. They were very busy in our community that day. Before he left for the day, Paco returned, fixed both of my pipes, made sure everything was working perfectly and programmed my system appropriately to establish new sod. He was very professional and helpful. I am very appreciative.

We recently moved into our new construction home. The neighboring houses are landscaped by Limon. All week we have witnessed horrible professionalism. Multiple workers walk across our lawn to get to the other house. Our lawn has fairly new sod and shouldn’t be walked on too often – especially when it’s not their property. Biggest issue was the worker who was driving one of their machines. To get from the house to our right to the house to our left, he drove the machine across our newly seeded back lawn. This tore up our seed, ran over mulch by our tree, and left wheel marks all the way across our lawn to the next house. Terrible professionalism.

I was concerned about hiring this company, because they didn’t have any online reviews. Against the will of my wife, I hired them over more established companies, and I’m glad I did. Paco was professional and very responsive to my questions and concerns. The price was competitive. His team was polite, hard-working and took the greatest care with my yard. We will definitely use them again when jobs arise, and it’s a pleasure to leave their first online review. Hire with confidence.
