They made a commitment to show up on a particular date and didn’t show up for a week. They said dates got confused. Poor ethics in business practices…terrible communication, overcharging (c hanged amount due to unreal price), took off after working 3-4 hours. We canceled the job.

On June 28th (hottest day in WA history), a huge tree came down across my parents driveway, which is the only way on and off their property. My parents are 80, it was 99 degrees out. This was an emergency situation because no ambulance could get to their house because the driveway is 1/4 mile. Dakota, the owner, came within the hour that I called and cut the tree down and cleared the driveway BY HIMSELF because he had given his guys the day off due to the heat. He was amazing. THEN the next day he sent his guys over to clean up the debris at no extra charge! Absolutely great service, we will be calling them to help with the other trees on the property that need dealt with.

Bid was provided immediately. Job was timely scheduled to meet my needs. Masterful, quick and responsive to the homeowners recommendations (that’d be me!). Managed busy traffic on road below without incident and finished in record time, and the price was very reasonable! I read the “dissatisfied” reviews and think they’re not telling the truth. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks!
