2 days agothe worst maintenance company in the entire United States, their employees do a bad job and treat people badly, I went to tell them something and they treated me very badly, they were two little Mexicans, I have nothing against Mexicans, the majority of my friends are Mexican, but these little men treated me the worst

a week agoWorst landscape company ever. We moved into a new home in a new subdivision and I had the privilege of seeing how this company operates. Their workers literally put the new grass and bark in over the construction debris. They didn’t put water on any plants when they planted them and most of our plants died. I tried to talk to the workers to fix it but none of them spoke English so I couldn’t communicate with them. Just one drive through our subdivision is all it would take for any person to be convinced on how horrible their work is. I strongly recommend anyone to find a different landscaping company if you want any sort of quality work.

7 months agoWe sold our gorgeous home in Apple Grove, it’s been the best place to raise our kids. Our HOA used MD Property Services for our landscaping for over 10 yrs! And our yards have been AMAZING! So nice not to worry about it ourselves! EASY for us busy people. Quick to fix sprinkler issues and things and always had our property looking clean and tidy! Thanks MD! We will call you for help with our next property.

10 months agoUnprofessional and dishonest company. They certainly didn’t care how poor quality their work was. They show up when they want, they don’t do half of the work, and they try to overcharge and cheat. Beware and pay attention of what they are billing for. This used to be a good company but now MD deserves a -1 star. The good employees have all left. Go somewhere else.

a year agoI used MD properties to do a complete renovation of my front and back yard. They took my vision and added to it by leveling my yard out, adding external lighting, concrete, natural gas firepit, pergola, flowers, bushes etc. My yard now is a place I like to spend time in as opposed to just mowing some grass that I look at. I still use MD for minor maintenance, flower refresh, and regular lawn treatment.

a year agoMD is our HOA contracted landscape maintenance provider. They are responsible for lawn care, lawn irrigation and landscape maint. Over the 2 yrs I’ve been here our lawn has gone from nice to patchy dead spots. Some large. Also the irrigation is infrequent or on 24/7 causing mold/alge growth and standing water.
