Matt was great and we couldn’t be happier with the patio, landscaping and overall quality of work. There was tremendous attention to detail and we’d recommend LVH to anyone looking for any kind of patio, landscaping or hardscaping work. Responsive, asked questions along the way to verify little details and minor changes, very pleasent to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

Matt, Job well done. Key factors: 1. Good estimate with design being part of the estimate. 2. On time and fast. Three day estimate. Done in three days. 3. Flexible. Changes made up to the day the project was started, all taken in stride. 4. Design skill. Confident in giving guidance to your design to make sure it turns out perfect. 5. Results. A 75 foot run between two buildings, lined up perfect. Some curves at the connecting points. A classic stone look, giving a dramatic transformation to the look of the house. 6. Value. A great investment in the house. Curb appeal is off the charts.

Finally, I didn’t have to babysit a contractor and beg them to do their job. The boss showed up for the estimate, saw exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a fair estimate. They bid against three (3) other hardscapers. When they got the job, they showed up early and were already working when I got there. They had a real “Santa’s workshop” going – everyone knew their functions and got the job done, and safely. They had to take down a very tall, dangerous tree that had lost one large limb in the hurricane. The majority of the tree was still in jeopardy of falling on the house behind it – with only seven feet of breathing space to cut and fell it. They got it all done without incident and even spoke with the neighbors and cleaned up their yards of any debris afterwards to ensure that everyone was happy. I was the happiest of all. LV Hardscape provided excellent work and an extremely good price. I have a new contractor for all these jobs now.
