If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I most likely would not have believed what Unique Maintenance did to restore my Paver driveway. After a car that had been serviced recently but where the oil filter had either failed or wasn’t installed properly, leaked a puddle and two 15 foot streaks of oil, I knew I had to act fast, but where would I go? I wasn’t going to try by myself and besides, it was a huge mess. I called the owner, Henry, of UM and he referred to his son Josh and he was there that same day I called. Talk about dedicated! Making a long story short, they tried a couple of products, the first being more mild than the second, all the while with great concern for color fastness to avoid further damage. The driveway looks fantastic to say the least and I consider myself very fortunate. Most people will never experience the amount of damage that we had but I can’t help but think that everyone who may have even a small stain that they are tired of looking at, should give UM a call. Hint: Call them first before you go trying your own home remedy. For you DYI’ers, have fun but for me, I have other things to do with my time than to try the many ideas found on YouTube. LOL!

Unique Maintenance has done a superior job cleaning my home and also the homes of my clients. I am a Realtor and I call Unique when preparing a home to be sold. They are a one stop shop and can handle everything ~ carpets, windows and even tile grout. Their customer service is great and they will do estimates too. I highly recommend Unique Maintenance and especially like working with Josh.

This family owned company is experienced, thorough and confident about the quality work you are looking for. I have had them clean silk rugs, wall to wall wool carpets, and upholstery. The don’t skip corners or hard to access areas. They carefully lift your furniture and place protective styrofoam between the wet carpet and your furniture. They are quick too.

The team from Unique Maintenance is amazing! As a real estate agent, I have recommended them to numerous clients over the years and their work has been stellar. I hired Unique maintenance to restore my old dirty slate stone floors. I was in a time crunch as I was having photos taken of my property. They did an amazing job bringing my stone floors back to life, truly a night and day difference. I also had some questions about additional work that needed to be done and they were very accommodating with recommendations and job quotes. Unique maintenance is a family owned business that really cares about their customers and community. I would recommend them for just about any maintenance need. I give them 5 stars and would used them again and again. Thanks again for all your help!

The company was on time and very time efficient in my experience. My tile came out looking brand new, unlike other company’s they spent a great deal cleaning our grout in the home. We have also used there services for our furniture, with 3 dogs smelling up the couches it was a need and the methods they use cleaned them right up. Great company and a great group of workers backing them.
