Treated myself to a roof for my 50th birthday year. I cannot recommend this company enough. My parents used them five years ago for their roof. Wow. Just WOW! Roof in a day, all new skylights, gutter covers, new 5/8ths plywood, attic vents, and they even threw in a complimentary roof and skylight for my kids’ homemade clubhouse out back! Total professionals from start to finish! I am a picky customer and I literally have nothing to pick on!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were referred to me and I have to say it was the BEST referral I have ever gotten. They were not just quick to respond but were professional and courteous. They tarped my roof right before a wind storm and even came back to secure sections that had blown loose. They replaced my roof in one day. My property was protected and everything was clean and neat when they were finished. Use this company; you will not be disappointed.

Manuel and his crew did an excellent job replacing a new roof on our house! I am so thankful that ML Best completed the job last week because our house would have been destroyed by the heavy rain and wind this week. We enjoyed working with Manuel. Compared to the others, Manuel was the only one who climbed up to our roof to see the conditions and took some pics to show us. He recommended that we replaced all the plywood given the duration of the house and the fact that we had two roofs. Given the expense, we only wanted to replace the plywood as required/necessary and Manuel respected our decision. On the day of the work, we ended up replacing all the plywood anyway when we saw they were dilapidated and/or rotten. Also, we picked ML Best because he had installed two new roofs for our friend’s houses a few years ago and she was very pleased with the quality and workmanship. This friend of ours is extremely picky and demanding and her standard is very high and we trust her judgement. Overall, Manuel was professional, honest and fair. Equally important, he was responsive and delivered what he promised. His crew was punctual and did great job cleaning up afterward. We are very pleased with our new roof and I highly recommend Manuel for the job if you need a new roof.

I loved working with Manual and his guys at ML Best, this was our second time (different houses). We needed a new roof immediately to keep our insurance coverage. Manual was right on it, immediate site visit and quote, had our color of choice in stock, and got started within 48 hours. They were absolutely amazing! When rot was discovered in the eaves, we worked with him to replace wood with vinyl. I would highly, highly recommend.

In 2011 we had our roof repaired by ML Best. Job was done well. Last week, we noticed a leak over one window, and asked Manny to please check it out. He arrived as scheduled and went up on the roof. He noticed a popped rusty nail over the leaking area. He caulked the area. Problem solved with a smile and no charge. Highly recommend this company. Business run the old fashioned way. Follow up 2024: we’d been having leaks. Called Manny. He came, discussed repair, said he’d send estimate. Waited two weeks, contacted him twice, never received estimate or call back. Contacted GAF re warranty. They sent another company to complete repair. No more leaks. Disappointed with MLB response.

There’s a difference between being satisfied with a job and being happy with it. My wife and I got a few quotes, some higher and some lower but the lack of unprofessionalism from some and the pressuring from some and other reasons made Manny the top choice amongst the rest. I thought Manny was too good to be true. Unlike the others there was no sales pressure or no calls from him after we told him we’ll call him to let him know what our decision was. Manny and his guys ( friendly and respectful) showed up and got right to work, completing the job within the time given and changing the house from blah to beautiful. We were happy with the quality transformation of our house.
