I started the process talking with the owner, Zach. From the first minute, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, detailed information he presented. He asked me which day, Saturday or Sunday, worked best for me to have the roof on my shed replaced. Due to a previous obligation, I chose Sunday. It rained Sunday morning, but Zach was in contact with me advising his team would be out as soon as the rain stopped. Shortly afterwards, I received a text message from Ryan advising he would arrive as soon as the rain stopped. Within 90 minutes, he arrived and started working on the roof. He had to stop a couple of hours later as the rain returned. They had torn off the shingles, and replaced a couple of pieces of plywood that needed replaced, and covered the roof with a tarp. Ryan advised he would return the next day. As he promised, Ryan returned and completed shingling the roof within 2 1/2 hours. Ryan was extremely professional in his communication as well as his quality of work and constant communication in updating me on the progress. Later that evening, Zach called me to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and expectations. I advised Zach that he, as well as his crew outperformed my expectations! I would highly recommend Near Me Roofing for all of your roofing needs! The pricing, excellent quality of work, as well as the professionalism and superb communication will make you a believer as well! Thank you Zach, Ryan, and the entire team!!!
