Knowing about the company and about the work they did, we included them as part of several other companies to quote us on replacement of our roof. First they were the only company who actually came to the house. With todays technology this is not always necessary, but in my book it is. Jim was professional, informative and extremely proud of the product and service he was presenting to our family. Second Jack who oversaw the work needing to be done communicated the timeline with permits and weather and was friendly and extremely easy to work with. Third the crew, prepared and ready to start the work at the time that was planned. They were safe and efficient, and the work that was done looks beautiful. We are very happy with the choice we made and Krumwiede and their team lived up to what my expectations were. Thank you!

Great company! Friendly, excellent work. They’ve done our siding a few years ago, windows and patio door this year. And a new roof. Not pushy like other companies. Definitely would recommend them.

Krumwiede is very professional. From our first contact to the finished job we were very impressed. Our salesman, Jim, inspected our roof and found a number of items another contractor missed in his estimate. The crew did an excellent job, and very respectful of our property. At the end of the job they cleaned up such that you’d never know they’d been there, except for the new roof of course! While not the cheapest you get what you pay for and with Krumwiede you get the best.

Our experience with KRUMWIEDE HOME PROS for a tare off and reroof of a commercial building was OUTSTANDING. We were kept informed on the weather as the project was done during February, and once the project started we were advised by phone conversations and supporting photos to keep us up to speed during the entire project. We needed a new roof after a tree fell and put a hole in ours. We contacted several companies for quotes and we were not pleased with the results. Either they didn’t show up at all or their pricing was thousands more than Krumweide. We found Krumweide online and had their salesman come out. We were happy right from the start. He called and said when he would be there, he came right on time , he explained what they would do, how they would do it and best of all the warranty. Krumweide keeps you informed every step of the way. Jack was in charge of the crew working on our house, he was very professional. He showed up with a crew of eight guys. They completely removed all our old roofing materials and replaced a bunch of the plywood that was bad. The entire roof was completed in one day, they had tarps everywhere to cover our plants and grass. They even went around with a big rolling magnet to pick up any stray nails. We were so impressed and we are very happy with the work they performed. The roof has never looked better. We have already recommended them to some of our friends.

In my own position I’ve dealt with thousands of customers over the years. I like to think that based on that I’m a pretty good judge of character by now. Our experience with Troy yesterday exceeded our expectations. For hours he went through their program. My wife and I never felt a hint of pressure… Simply genuine professionalism rarely found in the trades today. I’m as confident as ever that our new kitchen will also exceed our expectations.

We used Krumwiede a couple of years ago to get new siding on our house, and were extremely impressed then. They gave us the best price for excellent quality. Recently, our awning was falling off in the back. I contacted them to see if they could remove and dispose of it and repair the damaged area. Jack responded the same day! He proceeded to give me a very fair price and provided me with timely updates about when the materials would arrive and the repair could happen. He always got back to me right away if I called him about something. And I was amazed at what a flawless job they did! There’s no hint that there was ever any damage. I cannot recommend Krumwiede and Jack highly enough; we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone we know.
