Just had my house re-roofed, including gutter guards, by Kevin and his team. They did a great job with the work, and cleaned up the job site nicely afterwards. The team was very friendly.

Had a significant leak in my roof after a December storm. KMK was over the day after the contract was signed to patch the leak so that we could wait until more favorable weather before replacing the roof. I liked this approach better than other roofers who wanted to do the whole roof asap regardless of weather. The estimate had some personal touches that I appreciated such as a higher model peak vent for an area that years ago had some humidity issues and a zinc strip for a small roof that gets minimal sunlight. There were some scope additions that either were discovered onsite or requested by me such as a peak vent for a inlaw unit that did not have one previously and a bathroom vent for a home project I was working on. The additional charge was extremely reasonable, I expected to be charged more for the add ons.

Can’t recommend KMK enough. I had a minor leak in the middle of my 4 year old roof and I didn’t want to get worse over the winter. Called up Kevin and he came right out. Was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it within a day at a very reasonable price. After 3 days straight of rain the patch is not leaking.

After dealing with a couple estimates that felt like I was at a car dealership, I was able to find Kevin, someone with actual roofing experience to give me an honest assessment and estimate of what I needed to have done. I felt like Kevin cared about my home as he would his own. Listening to my concerns of other areas (chimney, fascia board, siding coming off, etc.) of improvement and offering to fix them while he was on the job or refer me to others. We are very happy with the work done, and would contact him and his team again without hesitation!

I called KMK Roofing looking for a quote to have my roof patched. The owner, Kevin Keane, called me back the same day and set up an appointment for the next morning. Kevin showed up on time, gave me a very fair price, and said he would squeeze the job in the same day before the heavy rain arrived. Later that day he sent over a crew. The crew was very professional, friendly, and completed the job within an hour. The heavy rain came in later that evening and into the next day. No leaks and the patch job looks great! I highly recommend KMK Roofing.
