Originally, I thought A1 had done a good job. Then in the first two rains, I had leaks. The first one they tried to blame on my skylight, which had nothing to do with it . They just hadn’t sealed it properly. But they did fix it finally. Then I had another leak which they fixed. Then with the last rain I have water pooling on my roof. I had told them that that was a part of the problem when we were discussing them doing the roof and was told that I would have a perfect new roof. Now when it rains water pools on top of my roof and causes dampness to sink into the drywall in the ceiling. Which will eventually cause mold. They refuse to take any responsibility for it after I paid them almost $28,000. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with it and I’m going to seek legal alternatives, whether hiring an attorney or going to small claims court. I thought I was getting a new roof and would have no more problems. The owner didn’t supervise it and the person he put in charge of supervising it was rarely here. I’m extremely disappointed that they are not going to do anything to rectify the situation.

The team came to do an efficient installation of new shingles. Site clean-up was amazing. Double checked all work and addressed any issues. Recommended.

Very happy with the quality of the roof and installation from A1. I will recommend them and would hire them again. The whole project took 1 1/2 days – amazing how well coordinated and efficient the stripping, installation and cleanup was.

Just had my rubber roof replaced by A1 Roofing. They were very courteous and prompt in responding to my request. After tying up a few loose ends the job was completed satisfactorily. Yes I would recommend them without hesitation.
