My roof had hail damage from the recent Tornado in Temple! Joseph with Artisan Roofing did a great job working with my insurance company, getting the estimate and getting the job done in one day. I’m very impressed with Joseph and the crew that completed the job. My roof looks great along with upgraded shingles.

I do not recommend. They put a roof on for us and it did not go well. They agreed to come back and strip it off and do it again. Both times doing damage to our gutters that are less than 9 months old. Now our gutters screens do not lay down and the shingles stick up. The gutters are all scratched up and have dents all over. Now they want to have their gutter guy come by and try to flatten out the mess and “clean up the scratched areas”. And cleaning up the scratches will not take the dents out. Their crew does not have any respect for the property then the company makes out like it’s not any big deal. We had a three year warranty on the gutters, that is voided now with the damage that has been done.

We had hail damage from two storms that came thru. We called Anthony and he showed up to give us detailed information on the roof and explained the damage then came back when insurance adjuster came out pointing out what he saw that they missed. He came back with a large crew and had our roof completely reroofed plus the shop roof in one day! Punch out was on time and accurate! We couldn’t have be happier with the excellent service and have continued to recommend him to others. This is a family,company who prides themselves on excellence.

After the tornado hit there were many roofing companies knocking on my door. Richard from Artisan roofing was the most professional person that approached me. He took photos and identified areas the insurance company adjuster overlooked. My new roof and other repairs were do ne quickly… the roof in one day!!!
