We used Dash Of Clean for the first time to clean our house this past week. It was the first major house cleaning we’d done in over 2 years and they did an amazing job! The team was very kind and respectful in our home. They had attention to detail and cleaned areas I didn’t realize needed it. Would highly recommend them!

For $700, the service was incredibly disappointing. Paid for extra add ons, and none of them were completed. Was supposed to be a movie in cleaning, but the 2 ladies left the house smelling of mildew, concentrated amounts of basic house hold cleaning products, but the window tracks still had cigarette butt’s from the previous tenants, cobwebs throughout the house including the windows (inside window cleaning paid extra) cupboards had old moldy hand towels and heat pads in them (this was a paid extra service requested), and the fridge smells like they used a mildew rag they found in the bottom of a trash can. This agency takes half the fee. You are better off spending $350 for someone you find locally. It’ll hurt less than over $700 for horrible service. Yes, I reached out to the company and received no response.

Booked through them for a move out deep clean, and it was amazing! Website was easy to navigate and add on the cleaning extras like inside cabinets and baseboards. Laura had my house sparkling and smelling so clean and fresh. She walked me through all the areas of the house at the end, to ensure my satisfaction. But I didn’t find a single issue, it was perfect!
