REDi cleaners did a phenomenal job! We remodeled the inside of our new home and they did a great job cleaning it. I can move in without worrying about grime and dust! ( there was tons of dust covering everything) I would recommend them to anyone. The price was less than I expected. Thanks REDi

November 2023: I’ve been using these folks’ services for over seven years; it’s lovely to trust them so much that I can leave the house and let Blake finish the carpet cleaning work. I don’t need to stay to feel comfortable paying for the work or give him a healthy tip. And he does a great job every time…the carpets look like they did when I moved in. Scheduling was easy, too. I like these folks and the customer-keeping culture they’ve built. August 2017: Their breadth of services was very helpful. Pedro did an excellent job of taking notes of what was needed. Coordinating with all of his subcontractors created some problems, though.

The tech Allan that came out to do the carpet cleaning was very nice and professional. The three star rating is for being late 45 minutes. When I called the main line no one answered so I assumed no one coming to do the service. I was moving in three days so I was a little stressed. When tech arrived he explained that he didn’t receive notification until the day of my appointment that the service window was from 8am to 9am. So three stars due to that NOT being my problem but a problem within the company communicating effectively with their employees. I requested a discount for the tardiness but was refused due to “my rate being the lowest rate.” The tech offered to throw in some additional services to the cleaning. I informed him it was a rental so I have no investment in the property or carpet for that matter.
