Great team! Mike was so courteous, efficient and gave us a fair quote for power washing years of dust, ash, and mildew off white stucco. Michael and his team performed an exceptional job on my Sebastopol property. This included a 4-rail vinyl fence, 30+ windows, front porch, railing, gutters and roof where the trees overhang, brick patio and concrete front walkway. The two teammates took initiative to wash the garage doors just because their attention to detail and perfectionist tendencies compelled them to do so. Michael’s rig is like no other I have seen. His many hoses and attachments for differing applications allowed for an ideal outcome for the job. It also allowed for a very water efficient experience, good for my property as we are on a well. Michael is now my go-to power washer for my dusty rural property.

Mike and his crew were great. I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews and was so glad I did. He was able to quickly give me a bid which was very reasonable. The following week my two story house was power washed. The before and after was drastic, and it looked like my house was freshly painted with a new roof. Everyone was professional and kind. Would definitely recommend!!

Just had Mike and crew power wash my concrete patio, pool deck, and driveway. They did a fantastic job, well exceeding my expectations. I’m always leery when hiring a contractor, but these guys are total professionals. And Mike is one of the nicest guys you could meet. They do what they say and they do it very well! Mike and his team, Randy and Brian, were fantastic to work with. They did an excellent job on my windows and were fast and efficient. They were also so nice and friendly. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will be using them again and recommending them for not only window washing but power washing as well. Very happy with Mike and Elite!!

Elite Power Washing is the best! Mike, the owner, is on top of everything. His crew power washed all of the patios and stone work at our house and all of the windows. The work done was excellent. On top of that, we were having some water pressure issues due to our filtration system not working well. Even with that they did a great job. I highly recommend Elite Power Washing . We will be working with them for many years to come.
