Did everything on time and the rugs looked fantastic! The guy that came first was alone, and we helped him move a few things, but he didn’t complain. He was very, very nice and explained everything we needed to know. Then when he returned with the other guy they both were very Friendly and got the job done swiftly. No complaints.

I was very impressed with the service! The employee arrived at the time frame that was scheduled. Coit was very professional and made it clear that there may be some spots that wont come off but did an excellent job. The cost of service for carpet cleaning and deodorizer was a great deal compared to other competition. I will definitely use Coit again.

I have given a rating of one as the carpets were cleaned as we accepted the premium plan. My husband and I are (ADA) Americans with Disabilities and we were appalled in the way Gus disregarded us in moving the furniture ( such as dining room chairs, step stools, carpet rugs). He threw these on the bed, feet down to stain bed covering, chaise lounge in office, etc. and I could go on. Gus never once said he would not move chairs or table back to original locations. When I asked him about moving dining room chairs back under dining room table his comment “I don’t have protectors for chairs”. Gus disregarded our needs and we felted stunned he did not tell us he would not accommodate us at all in customer service. We are established citizens in this community and we will not recommend Coit services. Pat LaRussa

I am retracting my previous review. I did have some issues but I was later contacted by Tammy from their corporate office. She made every attempt to make it right. She did what the tech should have done and apologized for the lateness and all the other issues I experienced with him. Thank you, Tammy!
