This a review overdue. Jim did our roof four years ago now. It’s pretty big, with lots of eaves and valleys…very tricky. Our house has been as dry as can be, so the quality stands for itself. The crew was excellent, but about a year or so later, when I climbed up to check the gutters, it looked like they had stepped my gutter screens down into the gutters. I had really let this drag but finally called Jim. Of course he asked why it took so long, but I don’t clean the gutter guards very often. So check this out. This is over a year later. Jim sent a crew out and didn’t just pull the old guards back up, he REPLACED them and noted they had just caved in from age. To top it off, on his own, he had the crew also install brand new guards on my highest level on the one side. And Jim himself climbed on my roof to reseal my vents and even repainted my flashing and vents. Never asked me for a penny more. Just all around one of the best small businesses I’ve ever worked with.

We are extremely pleased with our new roof installation. Jim was easy to work with and the complete tear off and new roof was done when scheduled and finished in one day. Our house looks amazing. Quality workmanship is apparent. Our property was left clean after all that work too. Thanks

Jilek did my parents roof almost 10 years ago, and just replaced my boyfriend and I’s roof this week. Super professional and sent photo updates throughout the day since we were at work. Would recommend them to anyone

Jilek roofing installed a roof over our condominium last spring of 2022. Since the installation, I have had a waterfall from the roof and gutters into my landscaping. I have lost one bush and multiple flowers from the puddling and flooding. I requested Jílek to come out to fix the problem through my maintenance company and by contacting them myself. They did show up and after two attempts, I am still having the same issue. My next-door neighbor is also having problems because Jilek roofers pulled the top of the furnace flu off in the attic and didn’t reassemble it. All of the hot air exhaust from the furnace has been blowing into his attic and not out the top of the roof as it should have been. That’s causing condensation and leaking. That furnace exhaust includes carbon monoxide so it is a very dangerous situation. Inept, incompetent and unqualified.

Jilek Inc installed our gutters promptly and efficiently. The gutters look great and improved the curb appeal of our home. The team did a great job installing and the clean up after was very thorough. We highly recommend Jilek Roofing.

, Jim said to us they cover up everything they did not do so ,I seen the old drip edge upon the side of my house ,old roofing all over my deck, with nails, no tarp laid down the deck, they ripped the screen , which Jim did take it and fix it but it took two week to get it back, after we called him about it, I told Jim that there was a shingle that I seen that was lifted he said when he bring the screen back he fix it he did not do so, (so do not pay in full till everything is fixed that you see that need repair with the job, they did, (three month later still never got back with us, you better off to get someone that will get back with you after the job done,) or if you need something repair on the roof that they installed,
