We had a most pleasant experience with the company and contractor. From quoting the job to the completion. Very professional. Our first meeting, he arrived with material brochures, aerial photographs of our roof. He was very thorough with an attic inspection, taking pictures of problem areas. He was able to explain and answer all our questions. Communicated with us about a start date. Showed up at the time and date he gave us. Had everything coordinated from start to finish. Our roof was done in 1 day. We are very pleased with our decision to use White Oaks. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof.

I called them to look at some damage on my roof from a storm. He come look at it but didn’t have a ladder. He said he was going to go get a ladder and come back but the was the last I heard from him. I tried calling the next day for an update and hwouldn’t take my call or return voice-mails. If you aren’t capable of doing the work at least have the decency to let me know!

We recently had some roof and siding work done by White Oaks Construction. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years but these guys are the best hands down. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the job run smoothly and on time. Best of all they cleaned up after the job was completed like they were never there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roofing contractor or a contractor to do anything around your home.
