I needed my couch cleaned and the surrounding carpet area, and Richard from Dr. Carpet came over and helped us out. He was very professional and transparent – he explained every step of his treatment process (so no fuss or confusion from the customer), and is so friendly and easy to talk to as well. We had to have our dryer vent cleared out as advised by an appliance company. We called Dr. Carpet, and they sent Richard out to do the job the very same day. It was amazing how fast he cleared out all the debris…no fuss…no nonsense – job done! Richard was both courteous and obliging. We plan on seeing him at least once every year from now on to keep the vent cleared. We invited Richard back any time for a visit.
