Greg McComb made this an awesome experience. We waited almost a year with another company that did not communicate, would no-show when they were supposed to be here, and didn’t bother checking in when a tornado hit and our home was in the path. Greg was out the day after the Claremore tornado to tarp our roof, and anyone else in the community that needed it, even without a promise of getting a job out of it. The process for getting things worked out was super quick and it was within 2 & 1/2 weeks from signing paperwork to getting a new roof put on. It looks amazing & we couldn’t be happier with Greg’s service. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

So Greg Mccomb asked if I wanted a roof inspection and I said sure. Thinking I was gonna be pressured about being sold something. However to my surprise his knowledge and pure honesty we came to the conclusion that I don’t have enough damage for insurance to buy me a new one so he gave me options without making it uncomfortable. I will be using Shamrock and Greg Mccomb is so awesome.

I was very impressed and happy with my new roof. Had to replace all the decking also. The guys showed up at 6 that morning and were done by 1. Thanks to Adrian for all his help and support. Cleaned up all the mess and left my place looking great!

My experience with Shamrock was so different than any other home repair company I have ever dealt with. In such a refreshing way! Greg MCCOMB was so helpful and and patient explaining the process in a way I could understand. Very detailed and even made me my own video of the inspection of my roof! Who does that? Always be my choice in the future. Good job Greg!

They tried on wind / hail claim and wind claim , but didn’t have the relationship they said they had with insurance company. Said I would get roof replaced as needed and estimated by them. Took a long time and got no where. Plus I talked to 2-3 salesman. Big turnover. Bottom line – I don’t recommend them. I had to pay cash for a new roof that needed replaced. Disappointed. My neighbor had same insurance company I do and he had less damage and he’s getting a new roof ! But, he went with a roof company that apparently had a good relationship with the Adjustor ????
