If you value your time, money, and sanity avoid this company. Owner contracted out the job to what his other employees have refered to as “that idiot” to put it politely, who did a terrible job and it took a week of texts and phone calls to get someone out to fix all the mistakes. Then 6 months later it leaked again, then 2 months after that leaked again. It’s been almost 8 months of Anthony “making it right” and it’s been nothing but problems. Constantly blown off by the owner with zero communication. Worst experience with a company I have ever had.

Utterly incapable of actually showing up when they say they will. We’re contracted and given a deposit to do a full tear off scheduled to begin in October. Never showed. Gave another date. Never showed. Was supposed to show up today and once again Never showed. Beware if you’re older/elderly. Will take your money and run.

Do NOT use this company. 1. The manager said that the team was coming to do our siding, roof and skylight on Wednesday, but they never showed up. Had to call two hours after they said they would be here and the manager told us too many people called off of work to do the job. He assured us it would be done the next day. 2. Thursday comes around, once again no communication. The random crew shows up at 1:00pm thinking they were working on a different project. Told us they didn’t have time and that they would be back tomorrow to get the job done at 8:00am. 3. Friday comes and they show up at 9:00am and get started, but never talk to us. They littered popsicle sticks and wrappers all over our yard, but the worst part of all was the work they did was horrible. Horrendous gaps in our siding (which is what needed to be fixed) and they created a huge hole in the dry wall fixing the sky light. We called the manager, he wasn’t happy, someone came to fix the hole in the wall the next day. We’re told on Monday a new team of guys would come fix the siding between 8:00-9:00am. Once again, never showed up. No communication.

I went there first a job interview and they are definitely a great company and they are very good at what they do. I hope I can get a job with them, but regardless, one of the most professional roofing in I have seen in my 43 years.

WNY Roofing did a phenomenal job on our roof and gutters! They showed up when they said they would, worked till the job was complete, and did all the little things to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied. Roof done on Saturday and gutters were completed on Monday. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and his team. The roof looks beautiful! Thank you,

Anthony and his company and best of all his crews the men on these crews are the best do anything you ask of them they have ben here for complete roof and gutter replacement and 2nd time replaced a lot of damaged aluminum trim and man door on garage all work was done very good and quickly and any questions i had were handled very well picked up everything cleaned up like i would my wife has many flowers out when they did work did not damage one plant they are a great team i will use them for anything i can thanks to everyone who worked on our house Dave Trask

I’m super pleased with my experience working with Anthony and his crew for siding and gutter install. They did a stellar job start to finish. I will be contacting them to eventually install a new roof in a couple of years. One thing I’d recommend is doing your due diligence with the clean up process daily (if you’re able). If you have animals or children that like to chew or step on random objects (for my dog it was the small pieces of vinyl siding scraps and the foam insulation🙃🙄) do a random check everyday after the crew is gone, scan the area, and pick up those tiny pieces. They def clean up every day but small things like nails screws etc can get imbedded into the grass and get missed and it’s tedious.
