This is a family-owned roofing business. Their large, highly competent, and synchronized team only needed two days to finish the job, while ensuring safety was a priority. They took out the outdated roofing system, even snapping pictures of the subpar decisions and workmanship of previous roofers for my files. They employed first-rate materials to put in a stronger, new roof. They upgraded the fire risk of an electrical vent fan to a superior system of passive vents. The team, including Preston and Shaun, did an impressive job tidying up after the work was done. They kept me updated at every step of the process. Just to provide some background on the complexity of the task: my home in Thousand Oaks is lofty, surrounded by trees and a garden, has a steeply inclined roof, and includes a chimney that had to be maneuvered around.
