They were out here the same day we asked for the job and on time they were very punctual they were very polite and conversational as well as easy to communicate with 10/10 would call for another job. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. IF i could REALLY rate them itd be 1,000,000 / 10

We had a great experience with Losh. We had a leak in our gutters. They arrived on-time, were very professional and knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and did NOT overcharge us. It was a great experience!

I was referred to Losh by our realtor because we needed a roof and gutters in order to sell my Mom’s home after she passed away. I was told they were a great company to work with. When we needed a minor change to the contract we were quickly escalated to a senior staff member who was highly responsive, accommodating and generous. One of the most appreciated aspects of working with them is their speed of service. We were under the gun to meet our closing date and they got us on the calendar right away, which helped us enormously. This is a family run business so the owner is not the only staff member that has a stake in delivering. But also the Office Manager, Kloie, was always upbeat, friendly and ready to accommodate in any way she could. There are a lot of roofing companies out there. This is one is worth checking out!

This company has been unpleasant to work with. Many broken promises. The work has finally been done, but my elderly parents have had a big piece of paper on their front window for months. The company will not schedule the city inspection. We have called several times and nothing has been done. We would never work with this company again. Run!!!! After posting this review, Mark from Losh did finally come today with the inspector. My parents can finally remove the unsightly paper from their window. I will say that the work done has been quality work. And because of that, I will increase the stars on my review. I appreciate that the job is finally over. Losh Contracting has followed through on everything; you just have to be willing to stay on top of the entire thing. They are not unscrupulous but possibly not well organized. Hopefully they will get someone that will follow up better.

I don’t know if this company provides good service or not. I do know that they are great at providing unwanted soliciting. We don’t deal with solicitors at the door or over the phone or via text. If they don’t have enough business from referrals, then they must not be very reliable or good. I would not deal with this company.

So very grateful for all of the wonderful work Losh has provided to me and to my clients! As a REALTOR, a good roofer is a necessary relationship and I have truly found that with Losh Contracting. Both myself and my clients have relied on them to keep their homes selling quickly, with no hassle and with Wonderful service!
