The biggest mistake I made was, I put 5 stars review to this company before the job done, they are very polite talking people till they got your money and your review, after that!! have fun, they did not show me their license and insurance, they did not give me any paperwork including the new roof warranty and they did not sign any contract with me for the job, I trayed to call 100 times in 5 month after they finish the job and asked them to gives me a receipt and new roof warrantee, lots excuses I heard from them and they ignored me and stop answer my phone calls!! of course they are using cell phones and they can see caller ID, do not do my mistake, I have no complain on the work.

The morning after, I was pleasantly surprised when Luis Méndez arrived at my doorstep, offering repair services. His offer to collect my car from my residence and provide a rental vehicle streamlined the process, sparing me the hassle of dealing directly with a rental agency. Luis conducted himself with utmost professionalism, patiently guiding me through each step of the repair process. Having previously endured lengthy waits of up to 45 days for similar repairs, I was astounded when Luis promptly notified me, just a couple of weeks later, that my car was ready to be delivered back to my home. This swift turnaround was a delightful surprise. I wholeheartedly commend Luis Méndez and his team for their exemplary service and efficiency in restoring my vehicle.

These guys were great to work with, very patient, great communication, and a great job on my vehicles. Insurance said I may need to replace my hood on one vehicle due to all the hail damage, but they were able to pull all the dents out, and save the paint. Both of my vehicles look like they never had damage in the first place. And they cleaned the cars before bringing them back. They took care of everything. I didn’t have to do hardly anything other than hand them the keys. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Needed to get my roof done and paintless dent removal on my car after a hail storm recently…. I loved the professionalism and timeliness that Hayden VanSchaik provided when walking me thru the process.
