Roofclaim got me a new roof! They did all the work which was wonderful. It took some time, but they got it done. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had a fantastic communicator handling my case. Unfortunately, she left the company and when I called, Ashley, Director of Operations, picked up the phone. In all my years, I have never spoken to someone so rude, demeaning, and unhelpful in my life. But everyone else was great to work with.

I was in need of a new roof within a short time frame as my insurance company dropped me and I had to have a new roof to get insured with a different carrier. Bobby Williams was my contact with this company and he could not have been nicer or more willing to help me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and early for appts. He worked with the scheduling department to fit me in early due to a time crunch on my end. He did what he said he was going to do and when he said he would do it. The customer service I received from him was off the charts! Unfortunately (due to financial constraints) I was not able to use their services but wish I would have been able to. I’ve not been treated to customer service like this in a long time. Thank you Bobby.
