I had the distinct pleasure of working with Elizabeth Hawkins for an estimate on a roof repair/replacement. In addition to being tremendously professional and cordial, Elizabeth also went above and beyond my expectations for the inspection. This is the type of customer service that seems to be dying out, so it was a pleasant surprise! The roof install itself was seamless and went off without a hitch. 10/5 stars!

We had reached out to TLC when we found a roof leak and they came out the next day for us to inspect. Raistlin was very professional and kind. He was very thorough with his inspection. Turned out to be just a single nail! He came back the same day and fixed it for us, no charge! Though we didn’t end up needing roofing services, they will be our first call if anything were to occur again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Insurance quoted house at $9k and garage roof at $5k. tlc project manager jon tricked me into getting “flat roof” shingle done on 25% of my roof & he said because of the cost of materials for flat roof shingles I would not be able to get my garage done as well. Flat roof shingles were laid terribly & have creases all through it. Looks bad. TLC received $14k for just doing my home roof. They also filed a supplement to replace the flashing & cover on my chimney which not only did they not do but they damaged the existing flashing when ripping off the old shingles & when we got the first rain it seeped into my interior walls from where they damaged the flashing which resulted in damage to a good portion of my interior wall. I went up & sealed it myself because the rain was coming in pretty good. I had a second leak, which I called to have them come fix, Jon came out & “fixed it” with a tube of already opened roof sealant from his truck bed & threw in some nails.. water is still coming through that second leak spot. They spray painted the vents & boots on the roof instead of replacing. After the job was done I spent an hour with a flash light in my driveway picking up nails, 7-10 of them. Beer & Gatorade bottles in rock garden. Wouldn’t reccomend. Not sure how there are so many good reviews, assuming i got the low grade team because my house wasn’t a huge job. Would never expect a company to do a disabled veteran this badly.

Replaced roof with TLC in spring of ’24. Mike L. was my project manager. Extremely happy with entire experience beginning with estimate, ending with the installation, and everything in between – scheduling, transparency, communication, cost, recommendations. Communication and management of the project from Mike was phenomenal, of which I was very appreciative. The crew seemed to work efficiently and I couldn’t be happier with the appearance of the quality product and installation. They also were thorough with their cleanup, which was important to me with dogs and a toddler. Highly recommend working with this company and with Mike L.
