Their truck drivers cannot drive. I have video of a black truck, with a decal covering the back window, speeding and swerving in and out of traffic on Friendship today at 3. Hopefully they do a better job on roofs than they do driving but based off that, I won’t be recommending them. Thank you for the quick response, I’ll be removing my review in 24hours. Your company seems very professional and I shouldn’t let one bad incident represent the whole company

I am so very grateful for The Roof Clinic and Eric Thomas. Excellent services, timeliness, and helpful communication — and above all, superb customer service. We engaged The Roof Clinic to replace our roof in 2019 and it has served us well! After noticing a leak this week, Eric performed a follow-up inspection (4 years after my initial installation) and identified issues that were caused by excessive leaf accumulation on the roof. Eric’s professionalism and kindness once again exceeds our pre-existing high expectations. I can’t say enough great things about this company and it’s people. I will never consider any other roofing company. Thanks!!

We dreaded calling for the estimate because we did not know if our insurance would cover the damages. Mr. Eric Thomas inspected our roof, spoke to our insurance adjuster, took pictures of the damage on the roof and inside of our home. He made our roof installation experience a seamless one.He provided a detailed description of every aspect of our installation. He sat down and explained the line items to us and answered all of our questions. Our roof was installed in one day. I went to work with a sad looking roof and returned to a beautiful one! I hope I won’t need a new installation anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling The Roof Clinic.

Fantastic company. I used them for a roof leak and they came out and repaired it same day within an hour or so. It was the easiest experience I could have asked for and completely affordable too. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Initially had Eric repair some shingles which had blown off. Other companies either didn’t want to bother with such a small job, or wanted to overstate the condition of our roof. They wanted to make an insurance claim. We knew it was only a few shingles and since our deductible was high we didn’t want to involve our insurance company. Eric made the repair quickly and for a fair price. Years later, we noticed a leak in our roof and knew it was at the end of its life and ready for replacement We didn’t bother checking with any other roof company and went straight to Roof Clinic. Eric told us ahead of time that it was doubtful that the insurance company would cover it as it was not failing due to bad weather. However we called our insurance company anyway and they said it was not a valid claim per our policy. Thus, we had Eric replace the roof and paid it ourselves. Eric and Roof Clinic were GREAT. They did what they told us they would do. They were prompt and they cleaned up to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Roof Clinic.
