Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. Highly recommended!!

My roof leaked and even though the owner and his worker did the water test which failed immediately they refused to take responsibility for the repair of my badly damaged ceiling an walls. Dan was abrasive and I made many calls before he finally responded and said they would do nothing. It still failed after initial repair.

We had used Legacy Exteriors in the past to have our storm damaged roof replaced. When we had a hail storm in May 2022, I called them again. Dan and his team did a fantastic job fixing our house and garage. They replaced both roofs and the siding in a timely and professional manner. We were the first house restored on our street and the job was on budget. Highly recommended.

Dan and his crew put new siding, soffit and fascia on our home. Not only were they detailed in their workmanship, Dan was very attentive during the process. I highly recommend Dan and his crew for your exterior needs! Beautiful work plus excellent customer service!

After sustaining hail damage to our home, Legacy Exteriors did an excellent job managing the extensive repair project (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.). They worked with our insurance and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service, quality of the work, and professional crews. It was a large project and Legacy took care of everything. We are so glad we went with Legacy and would recommend them to anyone looking to have the job done right!

I was really pleased with the whole experience with these guys. They handle everything with the insurance company, lay out all of the proposed work and cost transparently, and do good work. They are professional and trustworthy (I don’t use those descriptions casually). I’m really glad I went with Legacy. Very happy with their work!!!
